- Strong skills in Concept Design and DA
- Leading the creative process at a senior level and seeing design is delivered exceeding client brief
- People skills to work fluently with external stakeholders, leading concept presentations and maintaining client relations
- Strong collaborative skills working within the in house design and project teams
- Time management skills to coordinate deadlines and established project objectives
- Both hands on and management skillsets
About you:
- Experienced in Multi Residential, Hotels and/or higher density projects
- 10+ years of studio experience in architecture in Australia.
- Proficient in Revit as primary software
- Strong understanding of Australian codes and standards
