Tech & Data People are partnering with a leading financial services provider who is looking for their next Senior Digital Insights Analyst to join a high-performing team that’s heavily investing in digital transformation and customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct in-depth analysis across user journeys by combining data from digital platforms and internal systems
- Develop recommendations that support testing, personalisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish meaningful performance indicators that align with digital goals and investments
- Design and deliver easy-to-use dashboards, enabling self-serve insights across various teams
- Collaborate closely with digital, product, and strategy stakeholders to ensure data informs direction
- Must have: Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and A/B testing platforms like Optimizely
- Nice to have: Skills in SQL, Python, SAS, or R for more advanced segmentation and modelling
- Familiarity with customer data platforms or tag management frameworks is a bonus
- Strong skills in dashboarding and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
