We’re partnering with a well-established civil consultancy delivering estimation services across a broad mix of infrastructure projects. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator
to lead civil tenders across roads, utilities, earthworks, and water infrastructure.
This is a pivotal role within a highly regarded team, offering exposure to complex and diverse projects across the civil sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end estimation on civil projects across roads, water, and utilities
- Preparing detailed BOQs and cost estimates for tenders and D&C proposals
- Reviewing subcontractor quotes and identifying risks, scope gaps, and opportunities
- Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Directors
- Supporting bid strategy and client presentations when required
- Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in civil construction
- Strong understanding of roads, drainage, utilities, bulk earthworks, and water infrastructure
- Proficiency in estimating software - Expert Estimator is a must!
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management background highly regarded
- Experience mentoring junior estimators is highly regarded
- Salary up to $200k + Super
