The Opportunity
As part of ongoing expansion, the business is seeking a Senior Estimator to join its Sydney team.
You’ll work within a tight-knit group of construction professionals, collaborating closely with the Estimating Manager, Project Managers, and Directors to deliver accurate and competitive tenders on projects valued up to $40M.

The Role
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and project briefs to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Conducting quantity take-offs, cost build-ups and tender analysis
- Sourcing and evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Preparing comprehensive tender submissions and cost comparisons
- Supporting design & construct tenders with value engineering input
- Maintaining cost data, rates and benchmarking records
About You
- 5+ years’ estimating experience across industrial, commercial, or D&C projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost structures
- Proficient in estimating software (Procore, CostX, Cubit, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills
- Reliable team player with a proactive approach and long-term mindset
- Keen to grow within a well-established, stable construction business
