Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed cost plans, estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Identifying value engineering opportunities
- Managing multiple tenders and pricing deadlines
- Supporting the project team through tender handover once work is secured
- 5+ years’ experience in estimating within commercial construction or fit-outs
- Experience pricing commercial interiors or fast-track fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of subcontractor markets and trade pricing
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
