You’ll be the financial anchor from concept to completion, partnering closely with the in‑house design team and construction leadership.
- Preliminary budgeting during early and mid‑stage design
- Estimating bespoke new builds and high‑end renovations
- Real‑time cost tracking against budget
- Budget forecasting and cash‑flow management
- Cost‑plus contract control, reporting, and financial governance
- Preparing detailed BOQs, take‑offs, and tender submissions
- Managing supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising design intent
- Maintaining full visibility over the financial health of every active project
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in residential construction in WA
- Strong background in high‑end custom homes and/or luxury renovations
- Proven experience with cost‑plus contract management
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings
- Deep understanding of WA construction codes and renovation methodologies
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Buildsoft, Databuild, Truth Engine)
