Senior Finishing Foreman
Design & Build is working with a leading tier 2 head D&C contractor to fill a Senior Finishing Foreman permanent position. Whether you're an experienced senior finishing foreman, or a finishing foreman looking for a step up in responsibility and salary. The successful applicant will work on a high-end and architecturally designed new build projects. Initial and all future projects are within 40km radius of Brisbane’s CBD.
Responsibilities
- Project timeline management
- Work collaboratively with your site manager and other foreman
- Scheduling and management of subcontractors
- Professional and well communicated management of the established team
- All facets of Quality Assurance, including defect identification
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Recent experience working on high end commercial build projects $20mill +
- Carpentry or Fitout background ideal
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 builder
- Ability to plan, manage and sequence finishes subcontractors
- High level attention to detail
- QBCC licence is an advantage
- Above market salary
