Design & Build Recruitment has partnered with a global renewable energy developer, backed by a major international investment fund, to add a Senior Grid Engineer to their experienced Grid team.

- Conduct technical reviews of grid connection studies, oversee decision-making, and liaise with stakeholders for optimal project outcomes
- Support the Head of grid connection with project planning, budgeting, and strategic decisions
- 8+ years of experience in power system studies, with proven experience in the grid connection process.
- Previous consulting background, with a desire to move into the owner/developer side, is preferred.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks and handle high-stakes scenarios
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for representing the client and engaging stakeholders
- Experience in large-scale renewable projects such as wind, solar, and storage is preferred.
