An opportunity is available for an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor to lead the end-to-end HR and recruitment function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide operational and strategic HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Provide HR/IR advice on employee relations, performance, and compliance matters
- Handle grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain HR records, systems, and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with Awards, legislation, and company policies
- Support injury management and return-to-work processes
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Partner with leadership to drive effective people management practices
- Qualification in HR, Business, IR or related field
- 5+ years’ HR experience, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and Awards
- Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
