Your Role – Senior HSE Advisor
You’ll be at the heart of site safety, responsible for:
- Preparation of health and safety plans, ensuring legislation is adhered to
- Provide training & advice to team members and subcontractors
- Conduct reviews, risk analysis, incident investigation, and reporting
- Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
- 5+ years’ experience in a WHS role within the construction industry
- Experience working for a head contractor is essential
- Strong understanding of current OH&S legislation
- Exposure to new build projects valued $100M+ MAJOR PROJECTS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
