Senior HSE Advisor – NSW
Sydney | Site-Based | CIRCA $200K
We’re looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a well-established national commercial builder as their key HSE representative in NSW.
With several major projects kicking off across Sydney, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, site-based and trusted to run the safety function autonomously.
The Role
- Predominantly site-based with some office work
- Support multiple projects across Sydney
- Lead site inductions, SWMS reviews, inspections and safety audits
- Work closely with site teams, clients and key stakeholders
- Manage SafeWork, union and other stakeholder visits
- Assist with tenders and ongoing HSE requirements
- Maintain and manage HSE systems through HammerTech
- Provide practical, hands-on safety support across projects
- Strong commercial construction HSE experience
- Confident working autonomously and managing your own workload
- Hands-on approach with a strong site presence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Computer literate with solid systems experience
- Comfortable working across multiple projects
- Stable career history and demonstrated tenure with previous employers
- MUST have commerical new build experience T3 upwards
