We’re representing a leading HVAC services provider with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and reliable air conditioning solutions across Australia. With decades of experience and a proven track record in the commercial sector, this business services major high-rise buildings in the Sydney CBD, specialising in central plant systems and complex HVAC infrastructure. As they continue to expand, they are now looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join their team.
What your day looks like
- Carry out service, maintenance, and repairs on central plant systems, chillers, and HVAC equipment across commercial high-rise sites.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot system issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to junior technicians within the team.
- Liaise with clients and building managers to ensure high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Complete accurate service reports, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Proven experience as a Senior HVAC Service Technician working on commercial systems.
- Strong background in central plant and chiller system service and maintenance.
- Relevant trade qualifications in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning and current ARCtick licence.
- Ability to work independently while mentoring apprentices or junior staff.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Hourly rate up to $56 an hour, plus superannuation.
- Fully maintained company vehicle with fuel card and toll tag, plus allowances.
- Plenty of overtime available at double pay.
