The Role
- Lead workplace and commercial projects from briefing through to completion
- Develop strong design concepts and narratives aligned with client objectives
- Build trusted client relationships and confidently present design proposals
- Coordinate documentation, consultants and project teams
- Ensure design intent, budget and programme are maintained
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the wider studio
- Embed sustainable and safe design principles into projects
- Degree qualified in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline
- 8+ years’ experience, ideally across workplace, commercial interiors or fit-out
- Proven project leadership and client-facing experience
- Strong conceptual and presentation skills
- Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong technical documentation and visualisation skills
- Experience mentoring junior designers
- Green Star or sustainability experience is advantageous
