Senior Designer – Revit (Workplace & Hospitality)

7–8+ years
This role offers the opportunity to combine leadership, creativity and hands-on delivery within a collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from the front end, including unpacking client briefs, developing concepts and managing the design team to deliver on time and to a high standard
- Provide creative direction and strategic design input, ensuring projects are innovative and aligned with client goals
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and collaborative engagement
- Oversee documentation production and be ready to step in and contribute when needed
- Coordinate with consultants, builders and internal teams to achieve seamless project delivery
- 7–8+ years’ experience in interior design, with a portfolio covering workplace and hospitality projects
- Advanced Revit proficiency
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
