The Role You’ll play a key role in a small, close-knit team, working alongside an Associate and another designers, and closely collaborating with the inhouse architecture team.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you’ll be trusted to lead projects from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-residential projects across all phases
- Develop and present concept design, FF&E, and design narratives
- Deliver full documentation in Revit (advanced level required)
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
- Collaborate closely with architecture teams and project leads
- Contribute to marketing, presentations, and project pitching
- Coordinate consultants and ensure smooth project delivery
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience in interior design
- Strong multi-residential project experience(essential)
- Proven ability to run projects end-to-end independently
- Advanced Revit documentation skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to hit the ground running
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working collaboratively with architecture teams
