Position Overview:
We're searching for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join the team and take on a pivotal role in shaping the Interior Design direction of multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the interior design conceptualization, development, and implementation from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and objectives, and translate them into innovative and functional design solutions.
  • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of interior design with architectural and engineering elements.
  • Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring alignment with project goals, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design, and integrate them into project designs where relevant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on industrial, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful interior design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
