The Opportunity
You will take a lead role in shaping interiors defined by clarity, restraint, and material richness, working from early concept through to completion.
- Lead interiors across all phases: concept → design development → documentation → delivery
- Develop highly resolved, cohesive interior schemes aligned with architectural intent
- Work directly with private clients, guiding decisions with confidence and clarity
- Collaborate closely with architects to ensure a holistic design outcome
- Oversee documentation, detailing, and FF&E at a high level
- Manage programme, resourcing, and budgets with precision
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity is maintained
- Build and nurture relationships with specialist makers and suppliers
- 5+ years’ experience in high-end residential or luxury interiors
- A portfolio demonstrating refined design thinking, restraint, and material sensitivity
- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and detailing
- Confident working with highly discerning private clients
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit(essential)
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
- Work on award-winning, architecturally significant homes
