We are open to candidates at mid-senior through to senior level, provided there is proven experience delivering luxury residential projects.
The Role
- Contribute to interiors across all project stages, from concept design through to construction delivery
- Develop refined, design-led interior concepts with a strong sense of materiality and spatial quality
- Produce and oversee detailed documentation packages in Revit(high level of accuracy essential)
- Work closely with architects to ensure integration between architecture and interiors
- Support back-end project delivery, including detailing, scheduling, and coordination
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and project outcomes
- 5+ years’ experience in high-end / luxury residential design (essential)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative design flair and built project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Revit with a focus on documentation and detailing
- Solid understanding of joinery, materials, and construction methodology
- Experience delivering projects through all phases, particularly documentation and construction
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with clients and consultants
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
