We're looking for a motivated Senior, Principal or Lead Recruitment Consultant
with a minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record of winning and delivering positive outcomes for clients, candidates and colleagues.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage off of a high performing team with established relationships and contracts in place to deliver exceptional results for a range of verticals including - Engineering, Construction and Planning in to the Public Sector in NSW.

- A forward thinker with the ability to problem-solve and meet the challenges we face.
- Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment experience in a 360 position and a genuine interest in Public Sector Recruitment.
- A desire to win and deliver exeptional results.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- An ability to communicate clearly at all levels
- A supportive and collaborative team and working environment

- A database of over 800,000 candidates who operate within the Public Sector and access to over 100 client agreements targeting the Public Sector
- A leadership team with over 50 year's experience in high-performing recruitment teams
