Senior Legal Counsel – Renewables
- Structuring and negotiating complex Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and long-term energy offtake arrangements
- Energy trading and wholesale market participation agreements
- Grid connection, transmission, and large-load access arrangements
- Strategic infrastructure and project development agreements
- Regulatory and market-facing matters across greenfield development.
