With a strong pipeline of secured work, you’ll play a key role in delivering technically complex builds across commercial, healthcare, and large-scale developments.
Reporting into a highly experienced Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for project delivery from early-stage procurement through to completion. You’ll lead project teams, manage subcontractors and direct labour, and drive programme, cost, and quality outcomes across the full lifecycle.

The Role:
- Deliver mechanical services projects valued between $20M–$100M
- Full lifecycle project management from procurement through to completion
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and site operations
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and programme
- Liaise with builders, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Ensure delivery across safety, quality, and commercial outcomes
- Proven experience delivering mechanical projects within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Strong track record on projects $20M+
- Experience across major commercial, healthcare, or large-scale builds
- Highly commercial with strong financial and programme management capability
- Confident leading teams and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Professional, driven, and capable of operating at a senior level
- $170K–$200K + vehicle + benefits
