Senior Project Engineer - Leading Tier 2 Builder | Large-Scale Mixed-Use Project

With a new mixed-use development that's recently started in the Eastern Suburbs, they are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join the project team from early construction stages and drive delivery through to completion. This role offers a promotional pathway into Project Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage coordination of subcontractors and consultants across structure, façade, services and finishes
- Assist with planning, programming and project sequencing
- Drive quality, safety and delivery outcomes across the build
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers / project coordinators
- Support procurement, cost control, design coordination and client interfacing
- 7+ years’ experience in the commercial or residential construction sector in Australia
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders on projects valued $50M+
- Knowledge of all building stages from from structure through to finishes
- Capable leader with proven ability to mentor project engineers/coordinators
- Skilled in programming (MS Project, Asta or P6)
- Ambitious, high-performing engineer seeking progression into PM
