Known for their collaborative culture and strong project pipeline, they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the team on a landmark $250M sporting development.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of a major sporting development from early works through to completion.
You will take ownership of key packages, drive programme and design outcomes, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and help ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of key structure, services and finishes packages on a major development
- Drive programme, subcontractor coordination and design resolution
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure delivery across safety, quality, time and cost
- Mentor Project and Site Engineers and contribute to a high-performing project team
- Interface with consultants, client-side stakeholders and subcontractors on complex technical and buildability challenges
- Manage procurement, RFIs, design coordination and project reporting
- Senior Project Engineers with experience delivering large-scale projects for a Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 builder
- Proven experience on projects valued at $100M+, ideally across residential, mixed-use, commercial, health or education sectors
- Strong technical capability across structure, services and finishes
- Experience managing complex staging, programme and buildability challenges
- Strong Project Engineers with 5+ years' experience on major projects who are ready to step up into a Senior Project Engineer role are encouraged to apply
