A leading National Tier 2 commercial builder is looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the team on a major $300M healthcare development on Sydney's North Shore.
The business has a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects across health, education, commercial and social infrastructure sectors, with a strong pipeline of major work across NSW.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project leadership team, you will play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale healthcare development from the early stages through to completion.
You will take ownership of key project packages, managing procurement, subcontractors, design coordination and programme outcomes to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of key construction packages across a complex $300M development
- Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement and package delivery
- Drive programme, design coordination and technical resolution
- Work closely with the project team, consultants and subcontractors across safety, quality, time and cost
- Manage RFIs, design documentation, procurement schedules and project reporting
- 5+ years' experience in Project Engineering
- Experience operating at Senior Project Engineer level on large-scale building projects
- Strong procurement, subcontractor management and design coordination capability
- Experience working with a Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 commercial builder
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Work on a major $300M healthcare development on Sydney's North Shore
