With a significant pipeline of major projects across NSW, they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the team on a major $300M+ development in Sydney CBD.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale, complex project. You will take ownership of key packages, drive programme and design outcomes, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and help ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of key structure, services and finishes packages
- Drive programme, subcontractor coordination and design resolution
- Manage procurement, RFIs, design coordination and project reporting
- Work closely with the wider project team across safety, quality, programme and cost
- Mentor Project and Site Engineers and contribute to a high-performing project team
- Senior Project Engineer experience with a Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 builder
- Experience delivering major projects valued at $100M+
- Strong technical capability across structure, services and finishes
- Experience managing complex programme, staging and buildability challenges
- Strong Project Engineers with 5+ years' experience on major projects who are ready to step up will also be considered
