We are supporting a growing civil construction company delivering road, bridge and subdivision projects across NSW and the ACT. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the team in Wagga Wagga.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering civil infrastructure projects safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of road, bridge and subdivision projects
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Monitor programme, costs, quality and safety performance
- Prepare project documentation, methodologies and reports
- Support procurement, contract administration and client liaison
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team performance
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction
- Experience delivering road, bridge and/or subdivision projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Sound understanding of project delivery and commercial management
- Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
