- Proven project management experience across full life cycles
- Deep network of consultants and contractors to leverage
- Known for your ability to juggle multiple projects without losing pace

- Lead projects from feasibility to handover
- Dive into delivery detail — from project admin to boardroom updates
- Use your diverse sector experience to elevate project outcomes
- Implement proven tools, processes and systems to enhance capability
- Build trusted relationships through outcomes, not promises
- Deliver to contractual and commercial objectives
- Represent project progress and success at Director level
- Ensure clients link you and your team to their project’s success
- Mentor and guide PMs, Coordinators and Admin staff
- Ensure project resourcing is aligned, efficient and proactive
- Maintain team morale and engagement across the delivery cycle
- Report regularly on team capacity and performance
- Lead by example in standards, work ethic and accountability
- Uplift the performance of your team — no weak links
- Drive outcomes with energy and urgency
- Build a high-performing delivery culture from the front
- 5–10 years in the construction industry
- 3–5 years client-side PM consulting experience
- Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management or related
- Current driver’s licence and White Card
