Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of high-rise new build project on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Looking toward the future, you will never have to worry about travel, as our client has a focus on the Gold Coast region ONLY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-rise new build projects from planning through to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise new build projects $50M - $100M.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
