Senior Project Manager - Major Inner City Development ($400M)

As Senior Project Manager, you will drive full end-to-end delivery, overseeing design, program, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management while leading a highly experienced project team and Tier 1 subcontractor base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle from early works through to handover on a flagship mixed-use development
- Manage design, program, commercial, and risk functions with strong governance and reporting
- Drive a high-performing culture across delivery, safety, and quality
- Manage key stakeholders including internal executives, consultants, authorities, and delivery partners
- Ensure project milestones, financial targets, and programme objectives are achieved
- Proven experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder in Australia
- Delivered major projects $100M+ end-to-end (residential, mixed-use, commercial, or precinct experience highly regarded)
- Strong leadership capability, commercially astute, and exceptional stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to influence outcomes, drive performance, and manage complex design and delivery interfaces
- Play a key leadership role on a landmark Sydney development
