About the Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of civil infrastructure projects valued between $20M and $75M, ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
In addition to leading project delivery, we're looking for someone who can contribute to the continued growth of the business through winning work, tendering, client relationship management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage project financials, commercial performance and contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain project programs, budgets and resource plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
- Assist with tender submissions, pricing strategies and work-winning initiatives.
- Support business development activities and help grow repeat business opportunities.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement and best practice project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and quality requirements.
- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering.
- RPEQ (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years' post-graduate experience.
- At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager delivering civil infrastructure projects valued above $10M.
- Strong background in roads, transport infrastructure or developer works.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex civil construction projects.
- Experience contributing to tendering, winning work and developing client relationships.
- Commercial acumen with strong financial management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
