Senior Project Manager – Tier 2 Commercial Builder | Sydney

The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a new construction project. You’ll lead a site-based delivery team, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure excellence across safety, quality, time, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover
- Lead and support project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors
- Oversee programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations
- 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager delivering new build commercial construction projects
- Strong track record across various sectors (e.g. education, health, community, commercial, residential)
- Proven experience delivering new build construction projects valued $80M+
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor in Australia
