We’re seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for clients, candidates, colleagues and community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team with long-standing client relationships and established frameworks in place to deliver retained and executive search services across Technical roles within the Public Sector.

Skills & Traits We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in technical, senior or executive recruitment (retained, contingent or search)
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A genuine interest in supporting the Public Sector and driving positive community outcomes
  • Ambition to deliver exceptional results
