- Proven consistent experience in winning and delivering technical recruitment solutions
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
- Confidence in engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A genuine interest in supporting the Public Sector and driving positive community outcomes
- Ambition to deliver exceptional results
- Not essential but experience across NSW State Gov perm or the Not for Profit / For Purpose sector would be favourable
- A respected Public Sector brand with deep client relationships and over 100 established agreements in place
