We’re seeking an experienced Intermediate or Senior Safety Advisor to step into a pivotal role, supporting the safe delivery of $100M+ commercial developments in the greater Brisbane area.
Responsibilities
- Leading by example on active construction sites, ensuring a strong safety culture
- Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and safety meetings
- Driving compliance with OH&S legislation and internal safety frameworks
- Managing site-based safety documentation and reporting systems
- Facilitating toolbox talks and onboarding new team members
- Playing a key role on projects involving tower cranes and major structural works
- Cert IV in WHS (or equivalent)
- Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builders
- Familiarity with complex structures and tower crane operations
- Proven ability to communicate and lead confidently across site teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
