With a strong and growing project pipeline, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Safety Advisor to join their expanding HSEQ team. This role will be the sole site-based Safety Advisor on a multi-million-dollar high-rise residential development located in Brisbane’s inner suburbs.
You will work closely with an established HSE Manager and Project Manager, with genuine long-term career progression as the business continues to grow.
The Role
- Sole site-based Senior Safety Advisor on a major high-rise residential project
- Project located in Brisbane’s inner suburbs
- Partnering closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership
- Supporting a builder with a strong forward pipeline of high-rise developments
- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction
- High-rise project experience is essential
- Confident operating autonomously as the sole site safety representative
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage site teams
- Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to safety
- Comfortable working within established safety systems while driving continuous improvement
- Salary package up to $220k, depending on experience
