About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Consultant to join a leading organisation within the residential communities and home building sector. This role is responsible for supporting sales growth, achieving targets, fostering strong customer relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to a high-performing sales team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the ongoing success of residential land and home sales projects.

*THIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO WORK BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY*
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, customer engagement, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Promote residential land and home building solutions while maintaining high project presentation standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, developers, and key stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Support and mentor sales team members, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Assist with stock management, sales administration, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with company policies, legislative requirements, and workplace health and safety standards.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
  • Proven sales experience within residential property, home building, real estate, land development, or a related industry.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting sales teams.
  • Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
  • Sound understanding of the residential property market and sales processes.

Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $85k + super + car allowance competitive commission structure. OTE $250K+++
