What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and coordinating schedules for residential construction projects (single storey homes)
- Preparing procurement schedules, take offs, and materials lists
- Liaising with site supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors to keep timelines on track
- Proactively identifying potential delays/issues and solving them early
- Helping to improve scheduling processes for efficiency and consistency
- Strong experience in project homes within residential construction
- Good knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and construction methods for single storey homes
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and good at prioritising
- Strong communicator, happy working in a team oriented, family culture
- Comfortable with scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
- Salary - $120,000 + Super
- Flexible working arrangements: Option for a 4-day week (pro rota) and flexibility in start/finish times to support work life balance
