We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong track record delivering major commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion.
This is an opportunity to take a senior leadership role on a significant project, overseeing day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, program and project delivery.
The role offers:
- $100M commercial construction project
- 15-month project duration
- FIFO Monday–Friday
- Accommodation and meals provided
- Salary package up to $300K, depending on experience
- Relocation available | Relocation support provided for the successful candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the project on site
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and construction activities
- Drive program, quality, safety and productivity
- Coordinate trades, consultants and project stakeholders
- Manage site logistics, sequencing and construction planning
- Identify and resolve construction issues
- Ensure works are delivered to specification, program and budget
- Lead project completion, defects and handover
About You:
You’ll be an experienced Senior Site Manager / Site Manager with:
- Proven experience delivering commercial projects valued at $50M+
- Full project delivery experience from mobilisation to completion
- Strong subcontractor and site team management experience
- Solid understanding of construction programs, safety and quality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Relevant construction qualification or trade background
- Australian construction experience
