What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and lead the site team from excavation to completion.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain quality and program.
• Ensure safety compliance and uphold company WHS standards.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including development, design, and project teams.
• Drive delivery of the project on time, on budget, and to a market-leading standard.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, high-rise residential projects ($80M+).
• Experience as a site manager starting and finishing a high rise project.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage high-performing site teams.
• Excellent knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or trade background preferred.
