About the role:
Working alongside the Construction Manager, you will mentor and lead a team of Site Supervisors, setting clear expectations across timeframes, quality, and site operations while driving consistency and high performance across all projects. You will provide hands-on support through regular site visits, develop supervisors to strengthen capability, and make timely decisions to resolve issues impacting cost, quality, and delivery.
About you:
- Experience as a Senior Site Supervisor or Relief Assistant Construction Manager working for a residential builder
- Ambitious, forward-thinking early career Site Supervisors will be considered
- Proven capability to lead and mentor other Site Supervisors
- Solid tenure with current or previous employers
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management abilities
- A positive, self-motivated approach to your work and interactions with your team
