The role will be focusing on these areas:
- Offer specialised advice to resolve diverse workplace issues, including complex disputes, union engagement, and appeals, providing expertise for external advocacy like the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission
- Handle matters encompassing complex case management discipline, suspensions, ill-health retirement, diminished performance, conduct, and employment abandonment
- Engage with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, internally and externally
- Manage critical cases involving diminished performance, disciplinary actions, misconduct, and industrial grievances requiring structured solutions.
