What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for coordinating service and maintenance works, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment a request comes in through to final completion.
  • Managing maintenance, warranty and defect requests across multiple projects
  • Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed on time
  • Scheduling appointments, site visits and service works
  • Monitoring job progress and troubleshooting any delays or scheduling clashes
  • Keeping clients updated and providing a positive customer experience throughout the process
  • Processing purchase orders, variations and service documentation
  • Working closely with supervisors and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery
What We're Looking

For We're seeking someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy environment where communication is key.
You'll ideally have:
  • Experience in service coordination, scheduling, construction administration or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and trades
  • Experience using Aroflo or comparable job management software
  • A solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple jobs while maintaining accuracy
