About the role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join a busy operations team based in the Sutherland Shire.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance services nationwide, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end coordination of facilities maintenance work orders
  • Allocate jobs to trades and service delivery partners
  • Ensure all service requests meet client expectations and KPIs
  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and internal technicians
  • Coordinate urgent and priority maintenance requests
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Adhere to safety procedures and escalation protocols

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Understanding of KPIs and service delivery expectations
  • Experience with contact centre platforms or job management systems (desirable)
