My growing client is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Service Manager
to lead the on-site team. You’ll oversee job quality, quoting accuracy, team development, and customer satisfaction — while creating a strong, high-performance team culture.
The Role:
- Lead and support our plumbing service team
- Ensure high technical and safety standards
- Review quotes for accuracy and profitability
- Resolve client issues and maintain great relationships
- Onboard and train new team members
- Will have WA Plumbing & Gas Licences
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- Strong leadership and communication skills
