We are looking for a skilled Siebel Developer with Open UI expertise to join our team for an ongoing contract engagement. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Siebel applications, with a strong focus on Open UI customizations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Siebel configuration, scripting, workflows, and Open UI frameworks, delivering high-performance solutions for business needs.

- Baseline security clearance is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.
- Experience delivering into government departments is highly regarded.
- Develop and implement Siebel Open UI customizations to enhance user experience.
- Configure Siebel workflows, scripting, and integrations for optimized performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Siebel with other enterprise platforms and ensure seamless interoperability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Siebel Open UI development.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to maintain application efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support Siebel upgrades, migrations, and enhancements in line with evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for Siebel applications.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards, particularly in government department deployments.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting, addressing incidents and requests efficiently.
- Stay up to date with emerging Siebel technologies and Open UI advancements, recommending innovative solutions.
- 5+ years of Siebel development experience, including configuration, scripting, and workflows.
- Strong expertise in Siebel Open UI—customization and debugging.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for UI enhancements.
- Experience in Siebel Tools, Web Templates, Business Components, and Workflows.
- Ability to solve complex challenges and bring innovative ideas to Siebel development.
- Experience with Siebel upgrades and migrations.
- Knowledge of database optimization (Oracle/SQL Server).
- Familiarity with cloud-based Siebel deployments.
