Siebel Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM components including applets, views, business components, workflows, and scripts.
- Customise Siebel applications to meet business requirements using Siebel Tools and Configuration.
- Optimize performance and ensure scalability of Siebel solutions.
- Develop and maintain dynamic online forms that integrate seamlessly with Siebel CRM.
- Ensure data validation, error handling, and user-friendly interfaces for form submissions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance form usability and accessibility.
- Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siebel and form integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Siebel configurations and form implementations.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Siebel and form solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development.
- Strong proficiency in Siebel Tools, Configuration, Workflow, and Scripting.
- Experience with Siebel Open UI and integration with web technologies.
- Proven experience in developing and integrating online forms (e.g., HTML5, JavaScript, Angular/React).
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Understanding of CRM data models and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in public sector or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) for online forms.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
