About the Company
Our client is a leading electrical contractor servicing clients across the T1 & T2 space, working on some industry leading construction projects. A new opportunities exists for a Site Administrator to join the site team in various locations across Sydney on a permanent basis, with large projects ongoing for many years to come.
Within this fast-paced role, you will be the GO-TO in this site office and support the wider team of project managers, engineers and other subject matter experts across all project administration requirements across the delivery phases of a large-scale construction project.
About the role:
- Overseeing documents / cost and subcontractors
- Process timesheets and support payroll functions and assist with onboarding
- Onsite assessments and inspections of WHS & QA.
- Assisting with handover documentation
- Document control (ACONEX)
- Work closely with Project Manager and Engineers, providing onsite support and assistance with progress claims
- General site administration duties
- Other adhoc duties as required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar site-based role within the construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project financial software, ACONEX & MYOB experience advantageous
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident, team-orientated and proactive
- The successful candidate will receive a salary upwards of $70 - $80k+superannuation.
