The Role:
Working closely with the project and finance teams, you will provide key administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the project site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions
- Processing purchase orders and preparing invoices
- Managing daily dockets and supporting accurate project cost tracking alongside project engineers
- Assisting the Project Finance Manager with month-end requirements
- Coordinating general office administration including phones, stationery, uniforms, and office supplies
- Maintaining project registers, records, and filing systems
- Providing general administrative support across the wider project team
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator or Finance Administrator
- Exposure to the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sector
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
