The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Supervisors, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of earthworks and civil construction activities from planning through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily construction activities and subcontractors.
- Managing quality assurance documentation and site records.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Assisting with project planning, programming, and procurement.
- Monitoring project costs, productivity, and progress.
- Coordinating survey and machine control requirements.
- Preparing progress reports and tracking key project deliverables.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Identifying and resolving technical and construction-related issues.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience as Site Engineer or potentially a Graduate looking for their first big step in their career
- Experience delivering earthworks, roads, subdivisions, infrastructure, or commercial site development projects.
- Strong understanding of bulk earthworks and civil construction methodologies.
