Working alongside a Site Manager and Project Manager on site, you will coordinate trades, monitor progress and help maintain safety and quality standards throughout construction.
The role
- Coordinate subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.
- Support the Site Manager with construction sequencing and short-term programming.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure works meet drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate deliveries, site logistics and trade access.
- Maintain site safety, housekeeping and documentation.
- Identify issues early and work with the project team to resolve them.
- Assist with inspections, defect management and handover.
About you
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on multi-storey construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and trade coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- A strong focus on safety, quality and keeping works on programme.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
